We went to the Disneyland Castle! Well it’s actually the Neuschwanstein Castle. It is in the prettiest location, all the leaves were changing colors and the weather was perfect so the hike up to the castle wasn’t bad at all. The inside of the castle is only partly finished because King Ludwig started building the castle, but died before it was finished. I don’t really know why nobody completed it.
After touring the castle we went to a grocery store...all 50 of us to specifically buy chocolate! It was total madness! But we all got plenty of chocolate. Then for dinner we went to the Hard Rock Cafe. It was so good. Whenever we can find “real” American food it’s always exciting, which is sad since we’re in Europe...but American food is just so good and we always know what we’re actually ordering!
